Lisa has been practicing massage since 2002—she is a graduate of Florida Academy in Fort Myers, Florida. She holds a National Board Certification, Florida Massage License, and is also a Medical Massage Practitioner. She served as a licensed massage therapist for nine years at the Gasparilla Inn Club & Spa and proudly opened Boca Body Massage in 2012. She is trained in Bamboo Fusion, Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, LuminEssence Facelifting Massage, Reflexology, Stretching, Cupping, Electro Stimulation, Hydrotherapy, and Pagani Cryo T-Shock Therapy.

Lisa's goal is to work one-on-one with you so that an appropriate therapy treatment plan is designed just for you and to get you back on track.

She holds a Florida Massage License as well as an Iowa Massage License. Her specialties include Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, and Prenatal Massage.

Stephanie (#ma92539)

Stephanie has been practicing massage since 2005—she was trained in Intuitive Massage and Energy Healing at Dovestar Institue of Holistic Health in New Hampshire and holds a National Board Certification as well as a Florida Massage License. She is also a trained Yoga Instructor, Whole Health Educator, and Reiki Master. Additional training has included Hot Stone Therapy, Sports Massage, Crystal Healing, Myofascial Release, Positional Release Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Craniosacral Therapy. She uses all of these modalities in every individually targeted therapeutic massage session to attain her client's goals for massage.

Stephanie is dedicated to the best health outcome for all of her clients—believing that the body is capable of healing itself if given the appropriate information, support, and training. Massage allows the body's innate ability to heal by stimulating the body's "rest and relax" response which is when healing happens.

Stephanie is available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
